If I were you,I'd make a promise to myself *not* to Google anything. You will just cause yourself more needless stress/anxiety...which will then set off another episode of panic. Were it not for the fact you said you took a legal high,I'd think you were having a panic attack.

I agree, pasta. I've had two panic attacks and they are VERY real and scary. Visible physical symptoms - sweating, rapid breathing, tremors - as well as strong palpitations and racing heart, tingling face and hands, blurred vision, dizziness.

Now I know what's happening I can stave them off and hopefully will always be able to do so.
