Does anyone else get this after a night on the booze? The other night it was so bad it woke me up and im concerned its a bad thing. Is it my bodys way of telling me that ive had waaay too much vodka? Ive spoken to some of my friends and some have said that this happens to them but that doesnt make it right surely! Any help from the boozers out there might make me feel less worried.

Anyway, going by what you are all saying i dont really need to worry?
This is happening because your body is dehydrated. Drink a pint of water before going to bed, and this should help.I also agree that Red Bull will make you feel jumpy because of the caffine. Some pain killers such as Anadine also contain caffine so it is not a good idea to take them prior to sleeping.
