Hi,

Same old problem. Very dizzy yesterday and today again, feel like i'm back at square one. Is it really normal for it to last so long, this is about 8 weeks now? Still waiting on an appointment for my vestibular tests, so in the meantime just having to put up with the symptoms or if it gets really bad, take the stemetil.

Most day im unsteady, but the last two days my balance and dizziness has been off the scale again. Can it cause any major health problems being that i've had it so long?

No, it is the other way around as it is the health problems that is causing the dizziness. Difficult i know, but the vestibular function tests will give us the definitive diagnosis, so in the meantime "hit the stemetil."
i don't know your history, but why can't you take prophylactic stemetil to prevent attacks?
hi creamegg,I replied to you before, as my mother had similar symptoms. She found that bending and lifting a lot over a short period could bring on an attack. She didnt like taking tablets as a rule, but, she would always take stemetil if she thought there was the slightest chance of an attack.
Have you tried the Epley manoeuvre?
