Headache Cure

Years ago my mate used to use something to cure her headaches.  It was in a little metal round tin about the size of a 2p, and was called something like Tiger Eye or Tiger Balm or something.  It was like vaseline in texture and was an amber colour.  She used to just rub a little bit into her forehead and said her headaches went in no time.  Has anyone ever heard of this?

It's supposed to be good stuff but I am alergic to TCP antiseptic and Tiger balm and it just makes me have a huge red spot on my forehead for days...ho hum...

If you go to a chinese store you can buy white flower mixture. It's a clear liquid in a tiny bottle that does much the same thing as tiger balm.

Hi pixi - hope you're not suffering.  I don't feel as though I have a head today - I hate this feeling! At least when it aches I know it's there!

Pixi, Vicks Vapour Rub does exactly the same for headaches thing as Tiger Balm.

Yeah tiger balm -ive seen in it a few of the pound shops lately too.So if youve a � shop near have a look

Hi Robinia, no im not suffering, it was for a mate, (i was trying to tell her about it but couldnt remember the name)  Although the fibro came for a visit about 3 weeks ago and still hasnt left  :(  How are you?

Sorry you're not so good pixi - as I said a while a go I've had a bad time all summer & just when I thought I was getting better this damn foggy head kicked in.  Feels like my body is walking round but my head is still asleep in bed!

hi robinia, must be something in the air cos my brain fog has been exceptionally bad lately, its stopped being funny anymore and is beginning to get downright frustrating.   Thank god for my PDA i call it 'my memory' only thing is I usually forget to make notes in it in the first place.  mr p sez that even when i remember to make them i forget to look at them lol
