erm AOG the rule for crash helmets is
only sikhs are allowed not to wear crash helmets when they ....
OR everyone bar sikhs has to wear ....
as for knives - old legislation - those going to and from work
and also scots were allowed to wear a skean dubh ( small knife is sockies)
