Have you asked the 15 year old what they would most like to do? Hard to choose something without knowing their interests etc
mixed, boy or girl party ?
The following ideas often appeal to boys (but also to some girls as well):

1. Go-karting.
2. Those laser games where you charge around in teams trying to zap your opponents.
3. Paintball games - the muddy, outdoor eqivalent of No.2
4. Private use of your local swimming pool filled with all the inflatables. (This one's particularly popular with some mixed boy/girl groups - it's something to do with teenage hormones and all that exposed flesh!).

For the food side of things (if you're not doing it yourself) avoid McDonalds as most teenagers see the idea of a party in McDonalds as babyish. Instead, head for Pizza Hut - it has a more 'grown up' image but still serves the type of food which most teenagers like!

Hoping that these suggestions might help.

for my 15th birthday i had a bouncy castle, sounds a bit childish but all my friends loved it, everyone got to be a little kid for the day! one of the best parties you could say ; )
you could just had aload of friends over and watch films, or go bowling, or rent out a hall and have a proper party there, paint balling, ermmm theme park?!
