I had one done last year in A&E because of high blood pressure due to anxiety.
My question is, would this test have shown blocked or furred up arteries and any heartt diesese ?

Yes, it would show, aneurysms (weakness)blocked or narrowed blood vessels.
Much more information is needed such as which blood vessels were investigated.....brain or heart.

;-)...OK sammy, that is quite clear.
As far as the aorta is concerned, they would be looking for an aneurysm ( weakening of the wall) and clearly there wasn't one.
The neck, coronary (heart) and cerebral (brain) vessels would also be visualized and once again, no blockage, narrowing, weakness or bleeding was noted.
All clear.
