If the teeth either side are sound then you can have a simple bridge. I have one towards the front which I had done on the NHS.
I would avoid implants. I had one and it was quite unpleasant and they only have a short life span i.e. 5-8 years.
Initally, they should over you a simple false tooth to give the gums time to settle down and heal. Again I had this after my implant and before my bridge.
Dont get down about it. Speak with your dentist, they will understand and give you your options.
