I have been using the patch for the past two weeks and I can honestly say that I HAVE seen a remarkable difference. I am not craving sweets and I am not as hungry. I HAVE been able to push the food away. I have not been using the diet plan and the slimming shake but I intend to starting this week. I have lost some weight so I have a feeling, like MOST diets, it works for some and not for others. All I can say is that at the moment, it does seem to be working for me.
