Rosehip Syrup

I'm thinking of buying some rosehip syrup from amazon and the size is 200 g - would this be a small or smallish bottle?...or can anyone suggest where I can buy the syrup, not tablets? Ta Muchly.

200 g + 200ml which is just under 1/4 pint so it will be a small bottle.

1 kg = 1 litre so 200 g would = 200 ml so quite small.

I have had that lakeland stuff, theres not a lot of flavour in it. The rosehip syrup we used to get at school was definitely sharp and fruity tasting, almost sherberty.

That was the Delrosa one,incredibly sweet yes. Maybe that is why it is now more common in capsule form.

Why do people take rose hip syrup these days?

I'm trying to remember whether it was a spoonful of rose hip syrup that I was given by Mum once a week of virol. She also gave me California Syrup of Figs!

Ooh yes, virol malt extract..and any other malt extract..was delicious, couldn't get enough of it.
I had no idea that rose hip syrup is supposed to be good for so many things, have my doubts though...

That always reminds me of the Goon Show when, I think it was Eccles, said 'I like liquorice my Mum says it gives you a good run for your money. Loved the Goon Show!
