Hi there I had the flu jab today and had a really good day with my diet I just checked my blood sugars 2 hours after a healthy meal it is 10.3 Im like what?? Could the flu jab temporarily raise blood sugar??

Yes, that could be the answer.

murray....10.3 2 hours after a meal is not very high, but it is certainly not ideal.

no......not at all. am surprised by squad's answer and would like an explanation - if he can find one! your blood sugar result was high because you took it 2 hours after food.

I agree with sqad and if you are taking Warfarin, it also affects your level.
