Fao Sqad - Breast Update.
8 Answers
I called 111 today regarding my ongoing diarrhoea and blood coming from behind and was given an appointment to see an Out of hours GP. He seemed unconcerned with these symptoms and concurred that it was viral gastroenteritis.
However, when I explained about the Breast problem and the antibiotics I was given, he seemed really concerned. He asked if he could examine me and I agreed. Basically he detected some "thickening" in the upper outer quadrant of the affected breast and he's making a Rapid Access referral to have this investigated further.
I'm trying to hold it together but I'm struggling :(

She has been in and out of the breast clinic more times than you can shake a stick at. The last time she suffered (after yet another round of antibiotics) the breast clinic told her to take the highest dose of GLA that she could find and that seems to have helped (Starflower is generally higher in GLA than Evening Primrose) Holland And Barrett usually have a 2 for 1 offer.
