Can Atrial Fibrillation Be Caused By Tiredness

I hosted a New Year's Eve party at mine last night and I didn't go to bed until 3 I got up at 9 but since I've got up I've noticed I am in AF my pulse rate is ok I think 83 bpm but I'm having either AF or PVCs at 3 a minute. Not sure whether it's PVCs or AF mum doesn't think it can be AF at only 83. Anyway can tiredness cause it

Yes, tiredness can be a trigger.
So can alcohol and dehydration.

I have I am tired today I dont drink alchol but I also had a lot of carbonated drinks so that has probably caused it I am going to start enjoying the new year and stop worrying.
