Stiff Neck

I am suffering a painful stiff neck. I cannot turn to the left or right without pain.
It is making me quite unwell.

Any suggestions will be most welcome.

Ibufrofen

frozen peas or heat whichever you find more effective and, as Tilly suggests, ibuprofen. If you acn’t take ibuprofen, then the pain relief of your choice.

Painkiller of your choice. Don't turn left nor right much until the pain's worn off. Light "exercice"/use of the neck may be useful though. Grin & bear it for now.
