Mr F cannot use a spoon to administer Oramorph during the night. So I hit on the idea of using a syringe, I pop 3 filled ones by his bed, and he uses as needed.
Thing is if I ask the chemist for them, the multi use are between a £1 and £2 each. Single use, around 80p. His does is 3-5mls as needed.
I would like to be able to bulk buy them for him at a reasonable price. Do I have to have anything from GP to be able to bulk buy?

To reply to a few questions, I didn't know if you would need proof of need from GP.
GP doesn't supply them, just a spoon, which he manages to shake the meds off.
I do rinse and reuse the ones I have, but after a while they get really stiff, simply because they ARE designed for one off use.
We have tried the kiddy purple ones too, they do last a little longer, but not that long.
£10.99 is way better than I have seen gingebee, saw some for about £9, but then the same more or less added on in postage. These are the ones currently in use.

no ferlew, you don’t need any kind of cert from anybody. They come without needles. I buy them in bulk for use when crafting, I put glue in them. You will need to check where they are coming from as some come from china, the syringes are fine but they take a while to arrive. If you need some in a hurry, amazon have them and you can get them delivered overnight, it costs a bit more but could tide you over while the others come.
If Mr F has a prescription for Oramorph with a dose of 3-5ml, the pharmacist is duty bound to supply you with a device to accurately measure the dose. In other words they have to supply them to you free of charge.
Failing that, when you request a further prescription from your GP, ask if they can supply you with a couple of syringes.
Oramorph can get quite sticky, but if you rinse the syringes after use they will last for ages
