how long after stopped taking statins can you eat grapefruit? and why can't you eat it while on them? also how long after eating them should you leave it before you restart the statins again? thanks

I don't know the answer the amount of time you have to wait. Mr U wasn't given that info, he just avoids it and gets annual blood test for kidney and liver function.
