If a boot measures 12 inches from heel to toe what would be the uk size please. Can't get it with the conversion charts as too confusing.

If you're measuring the external size should it not be the internal size?

How are you measuring it ? 12 inches would be a size 14 to 15 from that chart. It is the foot you have to measure not the boot sole.

It's 8 1/2 inches from front of heel to toe tip. It say size 8 on them but is obviously more.
