Food Intolerance

I've had results back from a food intolerance test, and basically my problems are dairy, gluten, apples certain veg what do I eat then especially with no dairy, must keep my calcium levels up, Help please.

Was the food intolerance test a medically approved one through the doc or was it a “send us a lock of your hair/drop of your saliva/blood smear with a payment” kind. If it was a medically approved one then you should also be being referred to a dietician or a nutrition specialist; if it was the other kind I am afraid they are not worth the spit/hair/blood that you sent them :(

Eat soya based products. Tofu etc
fat free milk is the highest in calcium - can you do that
I was going to say... only gluten intolerance can be diagnosed by a blood test. Otherwise it's trial and error.
