For all my life i've been unable to sleep well. I can get to sleep (but with some trouble unless i'm really tired), but the problem is when I wake up, once i'm awake I cant get back to sleep, can anyone help me, because then for the next few days i'm really tired. Thanx Rich.
If it helps I use herbal sleeping tablets from the Lloyds chemist brand, I find they help me get to sleep and stay asleep until morning if I take enough. They really helped during my university finals, I havn't used them for a while though so I can't remember the name of them. If I can find the packet I'll let you know.
Relaxation techniques. And Melatonin. It is a herbal sleep regulator. Try some Yoga and breathing exercises before bed and if that doesn't work invest in a binaural Beat CD and if you do wake up just listen to it and you'll drift off in 15 minutes max.
