Exercises To Slim Bum, Tum & Hips!

These are my problem areas! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.. But want some good at home exercises for these areas. Any advice please :)

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.To tighten your six-pack here's an easy exercise you can do anywhere(I do men sitting erect.Pull your stomach in towards the back,then tense the muscles(as if expecting a punch) and breathe out.Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable with.I usually do 5 sets of 10 repetitions.It won't get rid of the fat but it will not sag as much.
