My weight has fluctuated greatly, largely due to hormonal interventions from contraception and HRT which caused considerable weight gain.
I eat what I want when I want. Generally it is a healthy balanced diet but when I am eating poorly due to lack of appetite I will scoff high protein, fat and sugar snacks in an attempt to get some calories in me.
Personally, I ignore the 'experts' too many are funded by powerhouses in the food industry.
