Do You Shudder When Reading Threads?

Quite frequently I am left with my jaw hanging open having read a post and consequent responses.

Part of what I enjoy about AB is the sharing of differing opinions but sometimes I do find them....errr.....gobsmacking

So do you sometimes shudder upon reading?

Absolutely.
My flabber is often ghasted at the comments made by people who consider themselves completely sane and well-balanced......and who have the same right to vote as me.

Yes. I understand we can't take everyone in but I'm shocked with some peoples attitudes......like they aren't humans and they don't care if they drown.

I must admit to being somewhat blunt with the odd poster. I like to think of my words being tough love and I cannot possibly have gathered information on posters that they themselves have not posted.

I often think that if they were face to face with the poster they would no way say what they do online, it's the anonymous power of the net that allows them to say such things I'm afraid.
