Any One Would Think That

Anyone would think that (if / when) a leave EU vote happens that the UK will suddenly become the most racist, xenophobic uncareing nation in the world.

Anyone who listens to the likes of Eddie Izzard would have you believe that we will never let another person into the country, repeal all human rites and stop all aid to everyone.

When/if a leave vote comes in you would think that democracy will have died and that we will ignore all employment law and go back to draconian Victorian working practices. That we will ignore all efforts to improve the world both economically and environmentally.

Is it so difficult to understand that the need for self determination is not at odds with being a careing and responsible nation?

I care for my country, what amuses me is, I know we are told that we should not be aware of differences in gender but we are[i. Would anyone take to heart the reasoning to Remain from the likes of Eddie Izzard in a Pink Beret and red lipstick, and Grayson Perry who dresses like a clown? We are not a racist country we have millions of Muslims and Africans etc. living here. We are not uncaring we send Millions of foreign aid to other countries even though half of their inhabitants are living here ]or in our jails. Just vote what your gut reaction tells you.
