Child Contact Centre Query

hi there
I have a child arrangement order in place for my 2 children with my ex there dad...it states my mum as 3rd party but recent health issues now means she's not able to continue being 3rd party.
myself and my ex also have a restraining order in place which says we are not allowed to talk to each other and we have to go through 3rd party....anyway my last option of him still seeing his children is to use a contact centre I have made a self referral which I'm waiting for an appointment to go and see them....if this goes ahead will it be as simple as just telling the court the 3rd party has now changed to the contact centre?? I really don't want to go back to court for something that I'm able to do myself (referral for contact centre), it's time consuming, costly and to be honest a waste of time as a contact centre is our last option anyway

I'm afraid I don't know. Phone the family court for advice.

^^ Or better , just go to the child contact center and ask them, they work in conjunction with the courts and have trained social workers who will know such things ! They may very well be able to arrange it with the court.
