If you believe hypnotherapy will work and have confidence in the therapist, it will work. If you have the attitude that you're wasting your money and it won't help, then it won't.

That's a lot of sleeps times during a day !
I think some folk have better results than others re hypnotherapy. But probably worth a try. You don't give the actual problem though. Dropping off ? Umpteen wake periods during ? Early waking ? In any case good luck with it and don;t assume it is a magic cure it, it can help folk to help themselves.
You could try relaxing in the evening anyway though. Perhaps normal, maybe with music, or perhaps meditative, with or without a guide tape/disk ?

I had hypnotherapy to give up chocolate and sugar.
I have not touched chocolate from the time I walked out of the room, until today - and ongoing, that was fifteen months ago.
I no longer have sugar in drinks or on cereal for the same length of time.
If you want it to work, and your hypnotist knows what he or she is doing - it will work.
