Hi, hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have tried everything but nothing works. I seem to be missing drivers for the above printer. I used to be able to see ink levels etc, but not now. I need to align my print cartridges as on A4 it is only printing half a page with some items missing. I have tried the hp site to download the full version but that didnt work. My OS is windows 7 starter on packard bell dot s notebook. I am now at my wits end. Cannot think of anything else. Thought the hp download would have worked.

Did you delete all old versions of the driver before reloading?

Not sure. Uninstalled printer. Then went to program files and deleted everything out of there that was hp

You need to take your Printer to the Doctor. I am being serious because HP has a Print & Scan Doctor as a quick download and it really does work to ascertain what is wrong. Furthermore, it will, in most instances, automatically correct matters or advise you a course of action.
