I have diverticular disease, but have been attack-free for some time now, since I discovered that one trigger appeared to be having drinks containing organic milk. Things have started to hot up again now, but I can't identify what might be causing it. Can anyone suggest what particular ingredient - or lack of it - might be making this worse?

Red meat, tea and spicy foods affect me but maybe OK for someone else. It's trial and error. I find keeping a food diary helps. Writing down everything you eat and drink helps identify what might trigger your flare ups. Hope this helps.
