My neighbour is having trouble with his water pressure. We have a shared supply and mine is OK. He wants to start a dig to solve the problem but i do not want him to start messing around my garden to solve his problem. Any advice would be welcome. Should he apply for a new connection straight to his house and leave me out of it.
I expect it depends on the location of the pipes. From my research, it seems they have approved plumbers. But I did find out they would split the supply free of charge. That was Southern Water.
Normally, if you have a problem with water pressure, you let your water company know and they will investigate. It's their responsibility to supply you with all the water you need at enough pressure to enable you to use it.
