Burning Legs And Feet
23 Answers
I'm in almost permanent agony with this. A while ago someone suggested calcium, magnesium and zinc capsules. I bought some and for a couple of weeks I was free from pain - bliss. Then it started to come back gradually now it is as bad as it ever was.
Has anyone any other thoughts on what I could take to relieve this.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I agree with Patsy, it does sound like peripheral neuropathy of which there are many causes..diabetes, under active thyroid all of which your doctor will have excluded by blood tests.
\\\\Could be alcohol but only drink late at night, eg open bottle around 11.00 pm as usually up till 2.00 am. But legs painful all day.\\\
Your alcohol consumption may well be a factor to consider and might affect your legs 24hours.
\\\Doc wanted to give me tranquillisers but I told him it was my legs not my head!\\
Very, drole......he may well be on the right track....more to the point.....antidepressants for the pain (yes i know you are not depressed).
