Hello all - another month gone, another thread to keep us in touch.

I somehow missed Arky's thread showing the League positions (sorry about that & thanks!) -

Pointers to previous discussions - original thread -

Last month's thread -

I hope no-one's teams have been affected by the recent Internationals & changes can be kept to a minimum. My lot are awaiting an early morning changing-room visit before they'll know if they've kept their places.

Good luck, let's have a productive & enjoyable weekend!

The butterflies will be jangling

Hi Lie In King, I have injures again Joe Allen for one who was just making headway for me. I have to go out soon but have planned a look at injuries and availability later on today in the morning. I have found another site which is quite good for that info.

Hi Togo - thanks for the new site, it looks good. I've bookmarked it next to the other one - just in case anyone wants a reminder, it's here -

There's a lot of work been put in that hasn't been put in

Morning all. Shuffle complete injured, players carted off to knackers yard and captains appointed for early game. My transfer kitty looks as if is somehow linked to the pound :(( diminishing fast.

Morning - Togo, I agree, I'm using transfers up too quickly this early on. I remembered in time & swapped out a midfielder in each team, both were listed as "doubtful" for today & I've not been overly impressed with them anyway.

It's so daft it's almost stupid
Chris Kamara
Ahh Lie In, You know what that means though. You take em out, they both play and score a squillion points. Doh.
Question Author
Oh yes, and the ones I've put in will be on the bench...sigh...
Or play and score an own goal and get red carded:))
Question Author
Gee, you can go right off people, you know! ;-)
Do you want to know the latest score before MOTD ;-) only joking no spoilers.
I have trust in my teams at the moment so I didn't need to change any of them, which was quite a surprise... and I do have plenty of transfers remaining.
Question Author
Meh - according to the lists, I've 3 crocked players to swap out, 1 *might* be ok for tomorrow, I'll check in the morning.

Nice to see Joe Allen having a good game last weekend... ;-)

My last 2 swaps did both play but neither contributed much to proceedings - come to think of it, the 2 I put in weren't much better - heigh-ho.

Onwards & upwards!

The one significant change is in fact the second significant change
Jonathan Pearce
I think I jinxed myself, they either weren't fielded or played bilge last weekend even Cpt being booked on Monday, I dropped some serious points in fact the only real scorer of any was De Gea on Monday, I'm also waiting until tomorrow even with only one doubtful.

You must have known this one was coming at some point :-)

Eric Cantona

Morning all, did see the posts yesterday but just keeping my powder dry. Not many changes to make, I need to be a bit frugal with my transfer kitty for a while. So one change only, or else I will be skint.

Another link with good team news info. Not that it is doing me any good.

Job done before Football Focus.
So you don't have a direct link to all the medical staff around the grounds yet Togo ;-) With all that cross referencing you should be jostling for the top spot.

I would not be bothered if we lost every game as long as we won the league.

Managed to get my changes in - 2 defenders & a striker, new captains for the day, fingers crossed...

They're a little bit miss and hit
Dwight Yorke
Indeed, good luck everyone. I certainly can't do any worse than last weekend.

Question Author
Morning all - no changes this weekend other than the captaincies. Hoping for a few more points though...

If we'd have scored, it would have been a different result
Tony Pulis
Groan, two forced changes due to injury. Walcott and Monreal out. Further stretching my transfer kitty. Plus it means poor chance of early match points.

‘There’s nobody fitter at his age – except maybe Raquel Welch.’
Ron Atkinson talking about Gordon Strachan
Good afternoon, one doubtful at 75% fitness level, I'm going to risk it even though 'being a striker is potentially a goal scorer or dropped points if not fielded.'
Arksided ;-)

If we played like this every week, we wouldn't be so inconsistent
