For some unknown reason the tips of my fingers, pads and around the nails, have started peeling.

There has been no change in any products I use.

Any thoughts?

hormonal changes ?

I get it occasionally - I normally slather on the cream and eventually it clears up.

Good luck

Despite my youthfulness (ha ha) i've gone through the menopause three years ago. Am I still going to be having hormonal fluctuations?
ermm not sure as I still have that pleasure to come!!

when I went to the nurse over it - she said it was hormonal and to come back if it continued over a long period of time.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

We had missing members yesterday now we have peeling fingers - I'll be having nightmares if this continues :-)
might be a fungal thing...you could pop to the docs or try an OTC athlete’s foot remedy but don’t tell the pharmacist its for your hands....although “athletes hand” is a thing, I had a friend at school who used to get it.
btw, its 20 years since I started perimenopause and about 15 since I finished allegedly and I still get symptoms.

Oh God, don't tell me I've turned into a fun guy......I've got enough going on :-(
This happened to me about 10 years ago.
I had a taster lesson in Tai Chi at U3A. The instructor said you might experience some tingling in your fingers. The next morning I wake to find all the skin on my fingers had peeled off, I was left with raw skin and quite painful. I went to the doctors and wasn't given some cream. I don't think he believed me though.
