Tummy definitely gastric - suspected that!
Pain in side - finally being looked into...referred off to a General Surgeon as they can request Ultrasounds where the GP can't. Finally I feel I can rest knowing it can be looked into - Dr Reed is amazing!
Got back 'phone ringing' dad saying who is it this time I'm thinking it's not even 9am who else has been on the phone so far
Hello? Hello...long pause Hello?
Oh hello ma'am my name is Jack and I'm calling from Microsoft.
I don't have a computer or a lap top so don't bloody bother
Feel so much better telling him where to go and slamming the phone down while I was at it.
Best toddle...insulin is a calling - hefty dose this morning (gulp)

The doctor I used to visit while living in Switzerland (single doctor practise ) had one in his office. They also used to do blood tests on the spot.
Blood taken on arrival and 10-15 minutes later when you saw doc , he had results to use as a reference on his screen. Yes Mr Raven you have a chest infection , white blood cell count is high and protein in blood is high (I think that's what indicated it). It was almost a one stop shop ...he ale had a ECG machine. Saved referring patients to hospital for simple tests.

They used to be able to send you to the local hospital Sirandy...but I suspect that it may be due to the building work currently going on at the hospital at present. They can do bloods etc on site just not Ultrasounds or ECG.
Just glad something's finally being done about it regardless of where I have to go. But I like the sound of the Swiss surgery though!
