2 months ago i had bed pain in my lower arm/wrist, like a small break in my bone, at that tuime i could not remember twisting or hitting it at all. it went after about 1-2 weeks. now no more pain.
1 month ago i had bad pain in my foot above toes and below my ankle on top of foot not on sole, it felt like a small bone inside was broken, pain went away after a few days, i was amazed as i had not fallen or twisted or hit my foot, now pain is back again 3 days ago then it went away, yesterday it was 100% good and i was even running . last night the pain came again, today its exrutiating and pulsating pain, feels like small bone is brioken inside my foot, again i am in absolute amazement how this can happen if there was no twisting or anything.
i am dumbfounded !! is there some kind of a disease that someone can get that breaks your bones or something like tears your ligaments ????

It is extremely unlikely that you have any form of "broken bone" disease.
There may well be "links" provided to our friend the internet, which will almost certainly leave you confused and probably alarmed.
You have underlying problems which may explain your symptomatology, but my advice is to see your GP and not rely on "guesses" which could be helpful to some posters, but not in your case due to your underlying medical history.
