Morning all!
Knew my sleep pattern was on the change again, when I had to go to bed at 23.30 last night.
Was up at half three. Poor Rufus stretching and yawning, wondering what the hell is going on!
Been catching up on Mamya's night thread to pass the time till this thread appeared.

It has been above 39c, about 102f since 7:30 am.

It's now 4:40 pm and will remain this temp until about 9:00 pm.

I think I woke early because I took my Citalopram too late in the day. It was nearly 3pm when I remembered.

According to my 'Weather Bug', it's just over 1 degree here, "feels like" -2 degrees, but it doesn't feel that cold outside at all. Must be my Dad's blood keeping me warm!

I too am on Citalopram, NoM. It's the only one they could find that didn't give me horrendous side-effects!

I live and work in the black Country now, having given up picturesque village life to move in with the snoring one!

If someone told me 17 years ago I'd move from a major city to live in the "boondocks" I'd have laughed.

But, here I'am and loving it.

Yesterday morning, a youngster in a nice car came round the u bend in the road outside my place far too fast, did a pirouette, just missing the parked cars by inches but did clout one of the substantial wooden posts put in to stop parking on the grass. It rather altered the shape of his car! He learned a valuable lesson!

I've got to be honest, they've made a huge difference to me. I had bad side effects of nausea and insomnia at first, but these have now settled.

GC, do yourself a favour and try Callia Magna - £7.99 in Aldi. Their Meadowhawk Zinfandel is lovely too.
