I Want To Write A Sad Note(But In Taunting Way)

Hello, I am working as HR Coordinator, now I am leaving my current job. Because i got a clashed with my senior co-worker, I complained about her attitude to my senior management, but they did not take any notice, because she is working here since 12 years, and sorry to say my company give her favoritism. Now I want to write a note to my senior manager when I will left my job. Please help me to write simple but meaningful email. what should I write?

Hope you're doing well, today I only want to write one thing, when ABC(company name) can't solve HR Coordinator's problem then they don't need to hire us, because Ms.ABC (co-worker name) can handle each and everything and yes everyone very well. Every HR Coordinator's resignation giving her more confidence, she should be thankful to the company that company giving her more confidence.

Say you are giving X weeks' notice of your resignation and give the exact date you will be leaving. If you feel you must refer to the issues with the co-worker I would just say you feel unable to continue working with XYZ (co-worker's name) given that the company has been unable to address the issues you have raised.
Had you raised a formal grievance, fatema? If not, i think it's a bit late now to be raising this issue- so just leave and walk away with dignity.
If you had raised a grievance and it was not dealt with properly then you could refer to your unresolved grievance as the reason for leaving- that may leave them worried about a possible constructive dismissal claim- but I am still not sure that would achieve anything.

When I gave them my resignation and wrote them that I'm leaving this company because of MS. ABC behavior. But company said send us a revised simple resignation letter we will not accept this. She misbehaved with every junior post girl. i'm the third victim in 2 years. I want to this note because may be this organization take any action against her.

Now if you are wanting them to pay you your notice and leave now they might agree to that if you threaten legal action (I'm not sure if our employment law applies there), but it won't help you geta reference.

I thought you wre doing a course since a lot of the stuff you have shared with us in the past - I had to do as assignments
a taunting email was never one
In the English / Anglo-Saxon culture you just dont write these letters. it is like putting comments on the weather or train times into a resignation letter - not done
they will bin it - they wont read it and you may make getting a ref more difficult for yourself
also when applying for a new job do not *** off your old employer - you wont get the job ....
the correct place for telling the employer how awful he was - is an exit interview and it doesnt look like your employer is going to do one of those
