Way above recommended levels but one wonders where that stands against unsafe levels. Is there a banned level ? How many kilograms of posh crisps would one have to eat daily to be in peril ? Well worth being aware of though.
they are such doom sayers though, i often wonder what is safe to eat, greens only sounds a bit bland, meat too much fat, what's next on the hit list of bad for you food stuffs.
I am sorry but I don't listen to food scares anymore.In my 70 years of life there has always been food scares,yes right back to the 1950's.
"Don't eat this" and some time after"This is alright to eat" and so it goes on.If you eat anything in moderation you won't come to harm.I have reached the age I am eating a varied (and sometimes "banned") diet and am in good health.I often wonder who invents these stories,and just what (financially?) they get out of them.
