Exercise Machine Or What?

my neighbour was making a loud noise for nearly 30 mins and I am wondering what he was doing
I know he has an exercise bike and also makes a noise like kicking a football round the floor(all indoors) but this noise was very fast like 2 beats per second
what would make that sort of noise

There are various types, Folly.....have a google....MrsO had one...her postie used to stop off for a go....
She suggested I got one to help the circulation in my leg....I did and planned to have it in the bedroom....
It went so fast I worried I'd come through the ceiling so mine is in the dining room.....

I imagine on floorboards your whole street would hear it.... and possibly feel it.... :-)

as far as I know it is wooden flooring,
if it is one of those things that could be why I think he is playing football

Vibration plate !, why not stand ( or sit ) on top of a washing machine on fast spin. Gotta be cheaper ;-)
