Murray - at the moment she is quite ill - she is a highly intelligent person but definitely not street-wise. I had to tell her when she was 60 that she was entitled to a bus pass.

I have found relevant information on the gov site and have passed the information on to her. Thanks Murray

well had to share some good news - friend as posted got her breast off a cuppla weeks ago - she went to her consultant this morning and was told that she is getting no chemo, no radio, nothing and doesn't have to see her consultant for another year. - they got it all out. She is so happy and so am I.
Well done to your friend jj.
What brilliant news for her and you - a relief all round.
So nice to see some good news, am happy for you both, jj :-)
Whilst it is good news for your friend it is something of a surprise that she will not be having a follow up appointment for a year. Strikes me as a very long time after such recent surgery. I don't wish to be negative but am simply surprised.
I'm surprised too.
that's good news Conne xx
So good to hear. Excellent news!
