The Fibroscan is an investigation as to the stiffness of the liver and in itself is not diagnostic, in other words, your history , liver function tests and ultrasound scans have to be taken in conjunction with the Fibroscan which in itself is not diagnostic.
However....... the results that you have indicated are within normal limits and in themselves do not indicate a significant degree of liver damage.

300 is of the upper limit of normality (stiffness) and in itself is not diagnostic and has to be taken in conjunction with other liver tests.
At a guess I would suggest that it shows minimal liver stiffness which could easily be reversed by treatment either a) change in lifestyle or b) stopping alcohol consumption.
