I Feel So Sad

nothing to do with the election, for that i couldn't give a fig.
My mum passed away this morning, not sure why i am posting this
but feel sad and rather tearful.

Get a big notebook and write down some/all of those memories, Emmie. It will help when you have thought about them and put them onto paper. Also , it will make you smile when you look back on them in the future.

Know exactly how you feel em. I lost my beloved Mum back in September and am nowhere near over her loss, quite definitely the worse thing ever to happen to me in my entire life. Talk about her to whoever you can, when you can and find a lovely picture of her in happy times and frame it and keep it close so you can look at it all the time. It's small steps, but it will take a long time. I feel for you x

My mum died over 30 years ago and I think of her every day because her and I had many many memories all locked in my heart.

I'm so sorry emmie...pleaze accept my condolences.
I too was not with my mum...she was in NY, we were here and could not get back there in time. But I consoled myself with the knowledge that my memories were of her fit and well as she always had been.

So sorry for your loss emmie. It's nearly 4 years for me and I still miss her like crazy. I have a little corner in our spare room filled with pictures from when she got married to just before she passed. So many good memories. I try not to be too sad as she would hate to think I was unhappy. Big hug from me xxxx
