Taking Blood Pressure

Hi, can anyone tell me if taking blood pressure is as effective if taken on the lower instead of the upper arm? Thanks :)

Equally effective either upper arm or wrist.

Thanks Sqad. It was more upper lower arm, just below my elbow.

LOL......I have never seen it taken below the elbow, only around just above the wrist, but it makes little difference.

Thanks :) Was curious as I've never had it taken there before and I've had my blood pressure taken a lot haha! It was a lot higher than usual too, just a blip though I think as my blood pressure is usually fine.
