NoM...help is often not available. Mental health is stretched to breaking point. Has been for decades. You can't just pop to the doctors and demand help. There is a waiting list.

It might be worth contacting one of the Mental health charities such as MIND and then click on the "I need urgent help" button.

That says it all. Have tried for months to get help from mental health services, like trying to bounce on a concrete trampoline. Get locked up in the cells, saw a mental health worker who told me that someone would ring me this morning. Guess what?
