Hi folks, just wondered if someone could answer a query please re hayfever relief. Boots used to label their "bubble" packs of hayfever tablets as "non-drowsy", but they don't seem to do this any more and I can't remember which of the two Loratidine or Cetirizine is the "non-drowsy" medication. I've got both, and I don't want to take the wrong ones away with me on a foreign trip. Would be grateful if someone could help, please. Many thanks. Chox.

Both are of the new non drowsy generation. personally I find loretadine to be slightly less drowsy making that cetirizine but its a personal call IMO.

The best protection against hayfever is a tsp of local honey each day. My husband and I both suffer badly and find honey far better than antihistamines.

not always available nom...have tried ...ok if you live in country !

I don't live in the country, Minty, but I do like to take a drive to my nearest farm shop where I can stock up on honey and free-range eggs.
