There are lots of different ways of meditating, you can simply concentrate on your breathing, or on counting slowly, or on a visual symbol, or on a sound... then there's the martial arts, which have a meditative element as well as a physical one. Yes of course, the aim of meditation is to relax yourself and find your inner calm. Well, at least it was for me when I started. I have done a lot of research before starting and it was very challenging for me to being, but now I am really happy I have done it, because it has changed my life.
