The meal went onto lovely delicacies from armadillo, anteaters, deep fried duck embryos, the only sane dishes being the fruit and Yeung Chow rice.

Having said that, I have never seen horse meat on a Chinese menu (or in their supermarkets masquerading as beef) and they also look at us with disgust when we eat many cheeses, especially blue cheese - 'it's full of mould.'
