Since April I've been running, first with the couch to 5km app, then onto 10km, and I still can't believe I can do it!

I really want to do my second 10km on Christmas eve, partly as a xmas present to myself, and an an excuse to eat my body weight in food over the next few days!! But everyone is telling me I'm mad...
