If NOT spam then why do people think that something "quick" is the right solution.

Getting the right body shape, be it by diet or exercise (or both) is a something that has to be done over the long term, not in days or weeks, but months or years.

quick means not for hours or days... its mean here to do it as soon as possible. No duration has been mentioned there.
So how?
the clue's in the word quick ...
An internet search will bring you many suggestions promising great results but mostly you need ts be consistent in your approach to both diet and exercise tailored to you.
1. Place fatty snacks as far away from you as possible
2. Move about a bit more.
3. Try to forget where you put those snacks.
Smaller meals, no fizzy drinks, gassy foods and strengthen your abdominal wall with crunches, reverse crunches, planks, side planks, cat arches and breath and tense ab exercises works for me.
