I’ve been drinking a lot of water and can feel heartburn.

Shouldn’t water dilute acid?

Peter....it's excessive acid but doesn't cause heartburn so it's hard to recognise the symptoms. It causes nausea and weekness. I have it and now I have a ulcer.

It causes lots of other issues.

Peter....suffering with silent reflux doesn't mean you'll never get heartburn. It's just most of the time you don't feel it.
