Sqad, don't be mean. You know perfectly well medicine has never been my profession, otherwise I would never have consulted you as I have done. I was just asking Nailit how he was as I feel for him and have been thinking about him.

Well I don't know about that but I remember being in the queue at Sainsburys when I was in my 20s and the man behind me started talking to me. I think he was trying to hit on me, even though he was about 20 years older. He told me that he was a psychiarist at the local hospital. He was a complete fruitloop.
