Do you promote this(other sites you’re honest on) to your friends and family?
I understand that sometimes we need to be silly/ honest away from the afore mentioned but are we that ashamed of our behaviour and are more open to strangers we call friends here (other sites) and would not want them to see our “real us?”
Not judging, just intrigued after reading a related post.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I don't want my friends on here. I might ask for advice, talk about things that I don't want them to know. This site is nice and anonymous. By the way, I'm pretty much the same on here as in real life, except in real life I'm a lot more argumentative and outspoken. I can't be bothered on here, typing is too exhausting sometimes.
I have encouraged others to post on this site. Some, however, are definitely turned off by the 'clique' where it appears a few users are hogging the site to have an extended group conversation, quite unrelated to the original question asked. There are some brilliant questions and answers and debates on this site. Personally I think it's a shame it's intermingled with so much 'fluff' about internal jokes etc which make no sense whatsoever to a casual observer or new member.
Thanks for honest answers.
Hazi,I understand but I’d like to say that it’s no different to let’s say a pub meet with close friends and friends not within your “inner circle” where you’d have an “ in joke” before looking at your friends realising that they don’t understand and are feeling distance before you rope them back into the convo.
I think it’s just harder online as some users can’t see disappointed faces to correct that error.
